Our Work

Inclusion BC advocates for a world where everyone belongs, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities have choice and control over the supports and services they need to flourish. We provide self advocacy and family support, and work for systems-level inclusive change in communities across British Columbia.

Our Pillars

Inclusion BC brings attention to critical gaps in supports and services for people with intellectual disabilities, and their families. Together with our federation members, we advocate for inclusion in all areas of life, including education, housing and employment.

Our Story

Inclusion BC began as a grassroots group of parents in the 1950s. Today, we are a strong federation of more than 60 partner organizations committed to inclusion.

What We Do

We support and connect people who are experiencing barriers to inclusion to get equal access to employment, education opportunities, advocacy supports, resources, and more.
