BC Complex Kids Society

Share Knowledge. Gather Voices for Change

Hello, From BC Complex Kids Society

BC Complex Kids Society is a grassroots group of families in British Columbia who have children with medical complexity and complex disabilities.

They advocate for children who receive provincial funding through the At Home Program administered by the Ministry of Children and Family Development under the umbrella of Children and Youth with Special Needs.

Our approach to advocacy is guided by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities, which recognizes the full citizenship and human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Kerridan Dougan, Advocate

Together, we can break down barriers and create an inclusive world for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
