Gender Matters Film

We all know that gender has a huge impact on the type of work we pursue and that is available to us. What happens when you also have a disability?

This video explores the intersection between gender, employment, and disability. We hear from a variety of community members who share their experiences, as well as academics and advocates who speak to the issue at a systemic level. We are left with a simple message – there is still work to be done to ensure opportunities for all.
