Conversations in Campbell River, Gold River and Surrounding Communities
Exciting news! The final engagement report for Campbell River, Gold River and surrounding communities is available!
The report is entitled Community, Conversation and Connection: Campbell River, Gold River and Surrounding Communities. It reflects the hopes, dreams and aspirations of local families, young people and community services providers seeking a better network of services and supports for children and youth with disabilities in their communities.
By January 2025, we’ll have shared reports from 23 B.C. communities, with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). Our hope is that these reports:
- Serve as a catalyst for change empowering communities across B.C. to enhance local networks of support for children and youth with disabilities or support needs.
- Inform the transformation of Children and Youth with Support Needs (CYSN) services in B.C.
