Hello, From Community Living Society

The Community Living Society provides services to people ages 19 and older with a developmental disability, acquired brain injury or a Individualized Supports Initiative designation. They use person-centered planning and consult clients, together with family and friends, to identify the goals that will maximize their independence and community opportunities. 

Community-Based Support Services:

  • Shared Homes Program
  • Staffed Home Program
  • Supported living
  • Independent living
  • Personal or shared support to access the community, learn independence skills, find paid or volunteer work, and employment services

The Community Living Society is accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
