Myung Lee joined Inclusion BC, in the summer of 2022 as the Community-Led Collaboration Senior Project Manager.

She has over 20 years of expertise in program management, strategic planning, community/stakeholder engagement, and marketing/communications in corporate and non-profit sectors.

Her recent work includes the Acting Director of Impact and Innovation at Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria, leading the Community Engagement Department. Myung also worked as the Tax AID Program Manager and Accessibility Project Manager at Disability Alliance BC.

Her passion is improving the quality of life of people who are the most vulnerable including homeless people, refugees, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA2S+ for allowing equal access to rights, resources, and opportunities.

Besides her BA in History, Myung completed a BFA at the Emily Carr University of Art and Design. Myung lives in Surrey with her husband and teenage daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys learning new digital technology, and visiting galleries and museums.
