As a Protégé participating in the MentorAbility project you will need to confirm that:

• You are a student, or a job seeker genuinely interested in obtaining employment in your community.
• You will complete and submit the consent for media and/or photography release form.
• You will identify and provide any required accommodations required for you to participate in this program.
