I have a family member with a disability, and I am very concerned about how (Insert your issue. E.g., Support for the social sector, support for people and their families, access to inclusive housing, employment and Income assistance, access to health & mental health supports and access to adequate professional and community supports for children and youth) is impacting them/me.

I would like to set up a meeting with you, my Member of the Legislative Assembly, to discuss these concerns. I understand that the COVID-19 pandemic is the provincial government’s top concern right now, and I thank you all for the work that is being done to keep British Columbians safe and healthy. I would nonetheless appreciate if you could make time to meet with me over video conference (Zoom) or telephone at your earliest convenience.
