The Transition Resource & Fair is for Middle & Secondary School Teens with Intellectual and/or Physical Disabilities and Adults and their Families who would like to plan their next steps after High School.

Come and meet with: Employers, Housing Providers, Community Resources, Health, Transportation, Emergency Services, Recreation & Leisure, Education and Training. You can meet with other students and grads.

This is a Free Event for: Individuals, Family, Friends, Teachers, Professionals and Service Providers.
